Most of the businesses we work with run on what a few people know
Very little of it is on paper or in a system. It sits with a few people who have been there long enough to know what happens when a supplier is late, which customer needs a phone call rather than an email, and where the exceptions to the process live. Those people are usually very good at their jobs, and they are also the reason the business cannot take a week off.
We noticed it on the first few jobs we did, and then we kept noticing it. Same shape in packaging, in field service, in e-commerce, in an outdoor services business.
So we stopped selling technology and started doing one thing. We find where the business is living inside people's heads, and we move it into software the rest of the team can use. That is the whole practice.
How we work
We look before we recommend anything
We spend the first two weeks following the work in your business, and at the end you have a map of your own operation whether or not you build anything with us. Nobody can scope a build properly after a one hour meeting, and the ones who try are guessing.
We will tell you what is not worth automating
Most audits find work that should stay exactly as it is, because the volume is too low, the rules change every month, or it is the part your customers are actually paying for. Saying so costs us the build. It is also the fastest way to find the work that is worth doing.
The basics
Harnex AI Limited. Auckland, New Zealand. If you would rather just talk to someone, book a call and you will get one of us, not a form.
Who you will actually be working with
The people who scope your work are the people who build it, and you will meet them on the first call.
Twenty minutes on a call.
Twenty minutes. You describe how the work actually gets done, we tell you whether there is anything here worth automating, and if there is, what the audit would look for. If there is not, we will say so.
Tell us how the work actually gets done and we will tell you whether there is anything worth automating in it.
