Case studies
Each of these says where it actually got to. "Shipped" means it is running in the client's business, and where we have not yet measured the result we say that instead of estimating it.
The numbers below were measured in these businesses, not drawn from a benchmark.
We do not name clients on this site. If you want to speak to one before you commit, we will arrange it.
A Packaging Manufacturer, Auckland
Packaging manufacturing · Auckland
Production planning, held in one person's head.
Working alongside the person who has run production planning for 30 years, we built a system that holds what they know. New team members can learn from it, the old manual steps are gone, production runs faster, and the experienced manager can now take holidays.

A Golf Equipment Importer
Golf equipment import and retail · New Zealand
SKUs per shipment, arriving every three weeks.
Getting each shipment from order to photos to listings on their website took the two owners 10 days of 16-hour days, and there was no way to hand the job to anyone else. With the system we built, new staff without that know-how do it in hours, and the owners spend their time growing the business.

A Trade Services Contractor, Auckland
Electrical maintenance, pumps and water treatment · Auckland
Flags raised, narrowed to live jobs.
Every job at this busy service business had to be reviewed by one critical person, with no way to tell which jobs needed attention. We built a system that cuts the jobs needing review from more than 1,400 a month to fewer than 100. Invoicing is more accurate, and the work that needs checking gets checked.

An Outdoor Services Business
Outdoor services · New Zealand
Time on each service call, down from 20 to 25 minutes.
A critical team member was leaving, and the business had six weeks to capture what they knew and bring someone else up to speed. We built a dashboard that puts the most important information from several systems on one screen. Calls that averaged 20 to 25 minutes now take 5 to 10, and the person who left was never replaced. Management reports that took three days to produce are now available whenever they are needed.

If you want to know whether your business has the same shape, that is what the first two weeks are for.
