How this works
Before anything gets built, we spend time in your business working out where AI and automation would make a real difference, and where they would not.
You control what is built, how much you invest, how fast it moves, and the decisions on maintenance, hosting and security. We guide you through each of them.
Find: the Two-Week Bottleneck Audit
We follow the work and talk to the people who do it. Then we play back what we found and give you a roadmap: where the business depends on what individual people remember, and which fixes are worth doing first. That document is yours whether or not you ever build anything with us.
What you get
- The Dependency Map
- Every process in your business, scored by how many people can actually do it. The ones with a single name against them are your risk register. Most owners have never seen theirs written down.
- The Hours Ledger
- The recurring manual work, in hours per week. We watch it and time it in your business. We do not estimate it from an industry benchmark, because the benchmark has never met your team.
- The Shortlist
- The three to five processes where automation pays back fastest, ranked on what they are worth against how hard they are to do. It also lists the ones we would not touch, and why. Knowing what is not worth automating is usually worth more than knowing what is.
- The Playback
- Before anything is decided, we walk you and your team through what we found. The people who do the work get to check it and shape what happens next.
- The Owner's Brief
- A short document written so you can hand it to your accountant, your board or whoever eventually takes over from you, without translating it first.
You own the document either way. If you never build anything with us, you still have the map.
Build
We build from the map, never from a conversation, and we prototype early so you can see what is possible and shape it before it is finished.
Along the way we weigh up what it means for your staff and customers, whether it will pay for itself, how people will take to it, and what it will cost to run and maintain over the years. Smaller builds run two to six weeks. The largest run twelve to twenty-four.
One we have built twice
Stock Intake Engine. Photograph the product and the listing writes itself: description, specifications, SKU, ready to publish. We built it for a golf club importer and then again for a packaging manufacturer.
If your stock arrives faster than anyone can list it, this exists already and does not need designing from scratch.
Operate
Software that runs your operation is not a project you finish. Suppliers change their file formats. A model gets updated. Somebody adds a product category nobody accounted for.
We can host it, watch it and fix it when it breaks. How it is hosted, maintained and secured is your call, and we will guide you on each. When you are ready for the next piece, we already know the business.
What this can include
Most of what we build falls into one of these. The timeframes are what the work has actually taken.
- AI strategy and roadmap
- Four to eight weeks
- Wider assessment across multiple sites or divisions
- Two to eight weeks
- Training your team to use what we build
- Two to six weeks
- AI engineering, small
- Two to six weeks
- AI engineering, large
- Twelve to twenty-four weeks
Start with a call.
Twenty minutes. If there is nothing here worth automating in your business, we will say so on the call.
Twenty minutes on a call.
Tell us how the work actually gets done and we will tell you whether there is anything worth automating in it.
